PERFORMANCE/ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONS/OTHER PROJECTS RELEASE- In consideration of the awards for this event and the sanctioning of this event by UMARA, the car owner and driver individually and jointly agree that UMARA and its assigns may use the owner, driver, crew and car names, pictures, likenesses and performances, in perpetuity, in any way, medium or material ( including without limitation by and through television, radio, air wave, cable and satellite reproductions, transmissions over the internet an public or private on-line services) authorized by UMARA before, during and after the events, for promoting, advertising, reporting or recording the event and for sales and other purposes of commerce, provided, however, that the car owner and driver shall retain the exclusive use of its/his or her name, picture and likeness in conjunction with product endorsement.
